The parking brake synchronization valve plumbing may be improperly assembled, causing the parking brake to apply unexpectedly without warning.

The mounting brackets of the first cross member behind the engine may fail prematurely due to strain caused by improper spacing between the cross members, causing the supportive cross member to become loose and detach from the frame rails.

If the harness chafes and short circuits, the circuit protection fuse will open, and the engine will shut off and not restart.
