Technical Summary Collins Bus Corporation (Collins Bus) is recalling certain 2018-2019 TL400, TL408, TH400 and TH408 school buses. The school buses may have been manufactured without a rear backup camera. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rearview Mirrors."
