Technical Summary Harley-Davidson Motor Company (Harley-Davidson) is recalling certain 2023 FLHXSE and FLTRXSE motorcycles. The rear brake line may not be secured properly, allowing it to chafe against the exhaust pipe, which can result in a brake fluid leak.
