If the rear brake pedal detaches, the rider would only have the front brake to slow or stop the motorcycle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Technical Summary KTM North America, Inc. (KTM) is recalling certain model year 2014 690 Enduro R motorcycles manufactured October 2013 to April 2014. In the affected motorcycles, the rear brake pedal mounting bolt may loosen, allowing the rear brake pedal to detach from the motorcycle.
