Technical Summary New Flyer Industries Ltd. (New Flyer) is recalling certain 2018 XDE60 and XD40, 2018-2019 XN40, and 2019 XE60 heavy duty urban transit buses. The affected vehicles are equipped with an AS-3 tempered glass panel in the rooftop emergency escape hatch that may shatter in extreme cold temperatures.
