A loss of power brake assist can extend the distance required to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Technical Summary Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2017-2019 Rogue Hybrid vehicles. The hydraulic brake booster assembly may overheat internally, resulting in a loss of power brake assist. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 135, "Light Vehicle Brake Systems."
