Technical Summary Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2017-2024 T-Series, 2023-2025 e-TRIEVER, and HUSK-e terminal trucks. The hazard warning lights may turn off when the ignition is in the 'Off' position. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.

Technical Summary Orange EV (OEV) is recalling certain 2023-2025 HUSK-e terminal trucks previously remedied under Recall 25V367 (2025-SRC-04). The wrong size washer was installed in the thermal fuse bolted joint during the previous repair.
