Technical Summary Pierce Manufacturing (Pierce) is recalling certain 2019 Arrow XT, Dash, Enforcer, Impel, Quantum, and Velocity vehicles. Due to improper manufacturing, the passenger-side knee air bag (KAB) may not properly inflate during a deployment event.
