Technical Summary BMW of North America, LLC (BMW) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 Rolls-Royce Phantom vehicles manufactured May 22, 2015, to September 23, 2015. The affected vehicles have left and right side curtain air bags that may not have been manufactured properly.
