Technical Summary Rosenbauer America (Rosenbauer) is recalling certain 2022 Commander and 2023 Commercial M2-106 fire trucks. The engine control module (ECM) may experience an internal short-circuit, which can result in an unexpected engine shut down without the ability to restart the vehicle.

In the event of a short circuit or wiring failure, the firmware may fail to shut off the output pin, resulting in overloaded electrical circuits.
