Technical Summary Spartan Motors USA (Spartan) is recalling certain model year 2017 Spartan Specialty Vehicle K2 and K3 vehicles manufactured March 24, 2016, to August 31, 2016. The throttle circuit wires on the affected vehicles may not have been be twisted to cancel out electromagnetic interference, and as a result, interference may cause the throttle signal to be higher or lower than intended.

The ball joints on the independent front suspension (IFS) modules can loosen and separate, leading to a partial loss of steering.
