Technical Summary Trans Tech Bus (Trans Tech) is recalling certain 2018-2021 SST, CST, SSTFLR and CSTFLR school buses. In the event of a rollover, the emergency exit windows may not open. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 220, "School Bus Rollover Protection.
