Technical Summary Vac-Tron Equipment, LLC. (Vac-Tron) is recalling certain 2015-2019 LP873SDT Heavy, Vacuum Excavator-dual axle trailers. The trailer may lack front and rear lights, including clearance lamps, reflex reflectors, and side reflex reflectors. The trailers may also may have an insufficient amount of reflective tape on the sides and rear. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."
